We designed the tour to mirror common tasks: opening a business account, transferring funds, managing payroll, and analyzing cash flow. Instead of watching a slideshow, you navigate a sandbox populated with sample data, so you can test features firsthand. This method does NOT apply to legacy banking systems that lack an ECIF layer.
Your session starts with the CMO login screen, where you authenticate using your existing credentials. From there, the dashboard surfaces key metrics: balances, upcoming payments, and pending approvals. ECIF drives the unified client information file, so you never re-enter customer data across modules.
Initially we tried a screen-by-screen walkthrough but found users preferred an interactive sandbox, so we built the tour as a live demo.
